Here you can explore various forms of mindfulness, and find ways to practice how to be more self accepting and kind to yourself. I hope to help you with this using words (like affirmations or prompts) and beautiful imagery, or individual therapy sessions if you need it.

I truly believe in trying to make friends with your brain and body. When we’re not feeling our best we can start to beat ourselves up in order to try and change, however in my experience this usually doesn’t help and can actually just make us feel worse. So my aim is to help you be gentle on yourself and find self acceptance, and in doing so we can actually feel more motivated to work on changes.

Hi, I’m Jess :) I’m a clinical psychologist living in the sunny Coffs Harbour. I am passionate about mindfulness, finding ways to be kind to ourselves and the simple things in life.

If you live in the Coffs Harbour area (or surrounds) you can book an appointment to see me in person. If you live in elsewhere in Australia you can have your session online (although medicare rebates might not be available).
