I truly believe in trying to make friends with your mind and body. When we’re not feeling our best we can start to beat ourselves up in order to try and change, however in my experience this usually doesn’t help and can actually just make us feel worse. So my aim is to help you be gentle on yourself and find self acceptance, and in doing so we can actually feel more motivated to work on changes.

Hi, I’m Jess :) I’m a clinical psychologist living in the sunny Coffs Harbour. I am passionate about mindfulness, finding ways to be kind to ourselves and the simple things in life.
