iPhone Home Screen icons

I designed these iPhone Home Screen icons to make my iPhone look less visually cluttered and more minimal. I like white space and I am not keen on all the colours of the different apps. So I made shortcuts on the iPhone so that each app on the Home Screen is just this little hand drawn icon. There are instructions included if you’ve never created a short cut before.

This is not necessary something that will benefit mental health, but for me I felt that a clearer screen does feel more calming. Using shortcuts also means that alert numbers aren’t displayed on the Home Screen (such as the number of emails in the inbox) and I really liked this - it felt like less pressure to read or respond to things on my phone and learn to ignore them until I was ready.
