Foundations of Emotional Change
This course helps you understand why certain emotional patterns keep repeating- and how to start changing them. It Integrates strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with practical tools to help you make sense of your emotional experiences and respond rather then react.
Please note - this is not a substitute for therapy (best used with therapy provided by a psychologist), and signing up does not make you a client of mine.
